With proper diet, plenty of water, and just a light hand, your Vizslas coat will stay in beautiful condition no strenuous brushing or expensive grooming sessions needed .
Grooming a Vizsla is quick, easy, and incredibly simple. Just use a rubber mitt or curry brush to gently rub and brush the fur once or twice a week. Your main goal is to distribute natural oils produced by the skin. Add in occasional tooth-brushing, a weekly ear cleaning, and youre essentially done.
As for baths? Vizslas also love water, so they should be easy, too but the breed doesnt often need a full soak, anyway. Most owners can get away with spot bathing when their Vizslas come home after an adventure with a really muddy puddle or two.
