The following contract is between Buckeye Golden Retrievers and the buyer for the purchase of one purebred Golden Retriever puppy.
RESERVING A PUPPY – DEPOSITOnce the buyer has decided upon the purchase of a puppy, a deposit of $500 is required to hold the selected puppy. Buckeye Golden Retrievers accepts PayPal, cashiers check, or cash for the deposit.
PAYMENTWhen the puppy is 8 weeks of age, the balance of the payment for the price of the puppy is due upon pickup with a cashier’s check. If the puppy is being shipped to the buyer, the balance including shipping must be paid in full before the puppy is released for shipping. Upon receiving the balance of the price of the puppy, Buckeye Golden Retrievers will release the puppy to the new owner.
REFUNDS OF PUPPY DEPOSITSPuppy deposits on existing litters of puppies are not refundable. If the buyer is unable to move forward with the purchase of a puppy from an existing litter, Buckeye Golden Retrievers will be released from the obligation to hold this puppy for you, and may sell this puppy to another customer. Your puppy deposit will remain available for you to use toward the purchase of a future puppy. You will have 1 year to complete the transaction.
If you are making a puppy deposit for a puppy from an anticipated litter, and the anticipated puppy becomes unavailable, Buckeye Golden Retrievers will refund your entire deposit or offer the option of replacing this puppy with another puppy from a current or future litter.
