Winter is the gorgeous daughter of Princess Elsa. She has just passed all her tests as she turned two and son we welcome her in ton our breeding program. She is sweet and affectionate and has a adorable cheeky personality. She is also calm like her mother and very bright and intelligent. Her favorite activities are swimming and cuddling in bed. Why They Look Different
The Golden Retriever is indigenous to Great Britain and these gundogs were originally trained to find live game and/or to retrieve game that had been shot and wounded. All Goldens worldwide descend from these lines from the Border Country over 100 years ago. Since that time the U.S. and Canada have developed their own breed standards, making modifications to their standards over the years that vary slightly from the standards of The Kennel Club of England. Differing breed standards and geographic differences account for the divergence in look in Golden Retrievers today. The British-type Goldens tend to have a broader head with a wider skull, a wider, deeper muzzle, more stop, a wavy coat, and the dog may be shorter and heavier than their American counterparts. The coat color may be any shade of gold or cream, and it common to see Goldens ranging from pale cream to rich gold colored throughout Europe, Australia and New Zealand. All countries follow the British Kennel Club standards except the US and Canada.
Color alone does not determine where a dog originates: a light or cream colored dog can be either British or American. And, color does not determine the working ability, temperament, health or longevity of the lines.

English Cream Golden Retriever Puppies Coat & Coat Care
Retrievers are a double coated breed. The water-resistant, slightly wavy topcoat and the soft undercoat combine to keep them cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The undercoat sheds heavily in the fall and spring. English Creams have mild feathering on the back of their forelegs and heavier feathering on the front of their necks, back of their thighs, and on the bottom of their tails. Some owners trim the feathering, while others leave it long.
Before adopting one of our English Cream Golden Retriever puppies for sale, keep in mind that this breed is moderate-high shedding. With a medium-long coat thats especially long around the ears you can expect dog hair to stick to clothing, furniture and a range of other surfaces. Because of the length of your dogs fur, youll need to brush your pup fairly often. Daily is ideal, with a minimum of three to four times a week.

What Makes English Cream Golden Retrievers Different
Overall, English Cream and English White Golden Retrievers are the same breed as Golden Retrievers, just with lighter coats. Within the Golden Retriever standard, Canada and the United Kingdom accept a wider range of coat colors than the American Kennel Club .
While The Golden Retriever Club of Canada and The Kennel Club of the United Kingdom are more inclusive of pale dogs, theres much discussion of the acceptability of the Cream Colored Retrievers among American organizations. In general, the AKC faults any excessively pale color.

Retriever Nugget: Kennel Club Distinctions For Golden Retrievers
In Canada and the UK, kennel clubs accept a broader range of colors than the US. The American club doesnt accept dark and pale colors, meaning black and cream-colored goldens are excluded.
According to My Golden, the Canada club accepts cream and darker gold-colored dogs as long as the color is within the range of medium gold color retrievers. The UK accepts cream and lighter shades of goldens, but mahogany and red goldens are not accepted.
There may be three types of golden retrievers and 3-4 main color types . However, within that color palette are a variety of shades that run the spectrum fromwhite, light, cream, red, classic golden, dark, and black.

English Cream Golden Retriever
The English Cream Golden Retriever is a variation of the British Golden and is known for its distinctly pale coat. Sometimes called Rare White European Retrievers, English Cream Goldens are among the most coveted of all Golden Retriever types, often seen as sophisticated and elegant.
The English Cream Golden has a very pale cream to white coat shorter and thicker than standard American Goldens. They have a stockier build, with males standing around 21-24 inches tall and females standing approximately 20-23 inches. All our English Cream Golden Retrievers are part of our family and live with us inside, not in a kennel.
