If you would like to return an unwanted or damaged item back to us please inform our customer service team at customerservice@temptationgifts.com or 01494 790424 within 14 days of receiving the goods. You will be asked to send the item back to us at the address below. Temptation GiftsBucksHP5 3NJIf the product has been damaged or received incorrectly you can give our customer service a call or email us to request a prepaid returns label to use. If however you have decided to return an item as it is unwanted please send this back to us at your expense, keeping a proof of postage.

About Jane Hogben Pottery
In the autumn of 1991, Jane established her business, initially producing decorative terracotta, urns and flower pots for the garden. Ultimately the business evolved into the production of pottery for the home.
Sprigging
Inspiration for our designs comes from the garden, from Freddie, Janes Fox Terrier and from walks in the beautiful countryside around the Chiltern Hills.
Handmade in Buckinghamshire
Due to the handmade nature of the pottery, expect individual items to have variations. The colours and detail of each item may vary, of course, adds to the individuality and charm of being handmade.
All pottery items are dishwasher safe.
