If you catch them in the middle of going potty in the house, find a kind way to startle them. Say something like not in the house!. Say it quickly, clearly, and use a voice a little louder than your usual speaking voice.
After youve startled them a little to catch their attention, take them outside and put them in their potty spot. If your puppy finishes going potty outside, then you should praise them and maybe give them a treat.Let them know that youre happy that they went outside.
