Welcome To Beaver Creek Goldens
We are a small family-oriented hobby breeder located on the eastern plains of Colorado. We have beautiful AKC English Cream Golden Retrievers. All our English Cream Golden Retrievers are part of our family and live with us inside, not in a kennel. Our English Cream Golden Retrievers have plenty of room to play and run when they are enjoying a romp or fetching a new stick on our 20 acres of property. Our Golden Retriever puppies are well socialized, loved and will start training before going to their forever home. I believe a Golden is at her/ his best when they have a job to do. All our Golden Retrievers compete in competitive Conformation, Agility, and Obedience events. I believe the time we spend with our Golden Retrievers teaching and training them to compete in these events strengthens the bond that we share, as well as keeping our dogs in top condition mentally and physically.
We have only a few litters a year, so most puppies are sold before they are born. Reserving a puppy from planned litters is recommended. We are very happy to help in the process of selecting a puppy that is right for you and your family. How We Raise Our Puppies
For our upcoming litters, there will be four experienced adults working full time with our puppies. Our home is large enough for all puppies to be raised inside our home. We have six doggy doors to six different puppy play yards where older puppies freely live coming in and out of our home, almost a dozen fenced areas, and a total of nine acres fenced for our dogs and puppies. Younger puppies stay in our home 24/7. We have a very detailed and well thought out plan for How We Raise Our Puppies.

Parents Of Our English Golden Retriever Puppies
The parents and/or grandparents of our Golden Retrievers have titles to prove their excellence in both the conformation ring as well as the obedience ring. All breeding dogs have excellent health clearances including cardiac clearances with a cardiologist, yearly eye clearances, excellent elbows, and very tight hips that are either rated good or excellent. We Do Not Accept Fci Hip X
We do not import dogs with FCI hip testing that was done prior to a year old. This has become a very common practice in recent years with the imports. These misleading FCI x-rays are done by a European breeders personal vet. Then these older puppies are imported to the U.S. and breeders in the U.S. post these results as final.
Hip dysplasia is prevalent in Golden Retrievers in both American Goldens as well as English Goldens. We retired over half of the dogs that we imported initially because the health did not meet our very high standard. It is our commitment to health as a first priority that has enabled us to now be in a position to have lines with truly good health. In addition, and most importantly, to date, in the almost 12 years that weve been breeding, we have yet to have anyone report that their puppy has hip dysplasia.

The Parents Of Our Puppies
All of our girls have OFA excellent hips . Our boys also have very good hips. We do eye tests yearly. We have our dogs hearts examined by a board certified cardiologist. About Our English Cream Golden Retriever Puppies
Red-Dawn is an AKC Breeder Of Merit Kennel, since 2003. Coming up! We have a spring litter in the works. We again bred Snowflake and Brady for a 2020 Spring litter. Their 2019 litter was a big hit and the litter turned out fantastic. Many puppies are in training to be a Service Dogs. The puppies parents, Brady & Snowflake are AKC registered English Cream Golden Retrievers. Both parents are conformation champions. Brady also won BEST IN SHOW and Snowflake won RESERVE BEST IN SHOW. We take great pride that all our dogs are OFA certified for Hips, Elbows, Patella, Heart and Eyes. All Red-Dawn parent dogs are fully DNA tested as well.

English Cream Retrieversevery Family Should Have One
Here at Stoney Acres we strive to bring you quality puppies to become new additions to any family. We have puppies all over the USA: WI, MN, Illinois, Indiana, California, Alaska, Indiana, N.Y, and AZ. Our dogs come from champion blood lines.. These dogs are often referred to as “White Goldens” or ” English Cream Retrievers”, and have been featured many times on Jimmy Fallon as well as the movie Santa Paws. There are 2 major breed standards in the Golden Retriever world – one is the AKC and in the U.S. registry English Cream Goldens are registered as Golden Retrievers. However, in the KC the standard “English Cream Golden Retrievers” is the most common name given to the light colored European Goldens. The European Golden Retriever is a Golden Retriever with a boxier head and body, and light in color. The bottom line is that our English Cream Retrievers have the wonderful calm disposition of a Golden, with gorgeous looks – what more could you ask for as a family pet. We usually only have one litter /year. Our puppies are raised with love and undivided attention for 8 weeks. We do early neurological stimulation from Day 3 to Day 14, and then continued socialization and attention until they go to their furever homes. And full support from us for a lifetime.
