I work towards this by studying pedigrees, structure, health issues and genetics, nutrition and behavior. I train and handle our dogs in multiple venues including Conformation, Obedience, Field, Therapy Work, Dock Diving, Barn Hunt, etc. I only breed dogs who have been cleared from genetic health issues and have been successfully judged against the breed standard.
