Wedding Cake Features Golden Retriever Making A Playful Mess
Roisin and Hunter are a newly married couple that definitely had the coolest wedding cake ever. It involved their golden retriever named Bear. But not only the cake featured Bear, the dog was actually involved in the whole wedding.
They made a Bear biscuit bar, where guests could take home home made dog treats.
Their beautiful wedding came was staged to look like their dog Bear took a little bite out of the cake.
Roisin explained:
We worked with the amazing Kake by Darci and told her we wanted to incorporate Bear into our wedding cake. I told her I had brought a little golden figurine and was wondering if she could put him on the back of the cake as a hidden detail doing something naughty, like dirty paw prints or whatever. She told me she would absolutely incorporate him, and I didnt actually know what she was planning until I saw it on the day!
From the front their beautiful all-white cake looks like the ordinary three-level wedding cake you can often see with flowers and a Happily Ever After topper. However from the back Bears figurine is standing there with his face covered in frosting and next to him a tiny chunk of the cake is missing.
Roisin revealed that the cake isnt too far from reality: I absolutely loved it as Bear would have absolutely taken a bite out of the cake if he had the chance.
