Welcome to our home! We as a family love our dogs and give them excellent care. Our parents are all AKC registered. Our fur babies are healthy, well socialize, and are used to being around people. Our home is located in the beautiful rolling hills of Ohios Amish Country. The English cream variation of Golden Retriever is our favorite. We love the breed for their intelligence and playful compassionate personalities.

Wisteria Goldens English Cream Golden Retriever Puppies
Here at Wisteria Goldens we start all our English Cream Golden Retriever puppies on a routine to give them a great foundational start for continued training.
Our English Golden puppies that are 8 weeks and younger have a schedule which includes feeding, crate-time, playtime, and snuggles & cuddles time. Play and training time are done as a group and individually. They are introduced to crate training and should be able to spend most of the night in the crate within the first week after acclimating to their new home. *Please note, puppies are not sleeping all night in the crate, unless in our training program. Our English Golden puppies that are over 8 weeks of age continue their training by entering our Puppy Academy Program.
Puppy coats range from pure cream to a touch of gold, all the way to having gold dusting throughout their coat. Characteristics Of White Golden Retrievers
English Cream Golden Retrievers are known for their highly relaxed, ultra-mellow temperaments. These dogs are intelligent, loving, playful and incredibly loyal, which makes them the perfect pet to own from puppyhood. Many people desire the quality European bloodlines associated with the White Golden breed, which guarantee the highest pedigree for dog shows and future breeding. In fact, White Golden Retrievers are often bred for three main reasons: their unmatched temperament, their outstanding health, and their sturdy structures. White Goldens also sport glossy light-colored, cream-colored coats, and generally grow healthy and strong. All Goldens have at least some Golden color in their coats, even the whitest cream colored Golden still have gold highlights running throughout their coats. Hence the term Cream is a much more appropriate description than White.
This breed loves to be active and offers a beautiful light-colored coat of hair that stands out against other breeds. A White Golden Retriever puppy is a team player and behaves well with everyone. To breed white golden retriever puppies, is no simple task. It requires a lot of work, often artificial insemination and more frequently, C sections. Even though our white golden retriever puppies may be challenging to breed, they will radiate positivity and love the moment you meet them.

All of our English Golden Retriever parents have passed tests for hips, elbows, heart, and eyes and have had DNA testing. All of our dogs have passed with hip scores equivalent to either OFA excellent or good. We have no dogs rated as fair in any category. I have been in love with Golden Retrievers for as long as I can remember. It wasn’t until I met a wonderful Papillon breeder who introduced me to responsible dog breeding, that I discovered my love for breeding dogs. She taught me why health testing is important and how to read pedigrees among a lot of other helpful things. After more than 10 years of careful research and planning, God blessed me with my first English Golden Retriever. Since then God brought a amazing man into my life, and together we live with our beautiful Goldens, a papillon and a cat on our small homestead in northwest Ohio.
Our goal with breeding English Golden Retrieve’s is to give people the opportunity to have a good experience as they add a happy healthy puppy to their family.
To insure each puppy has the best start possible we do four important things.
1. Healthy Parents.
Before a litter is even thought of, we carefully select parents that have had all their health testing done. We then decide which dogs best complement each others physical characteristics and temperaments.
2. Environment
3. Diet
At 4 weeks old, we start offering puppies a balanced raw diet. They will stay on this throughout their time with us. This gives puppies the nutritional they need to grow strong healthy bodies.

Our fully trained White Golden Retriever puppies understand behaviors that are right and wrong. Fully trained puppies are introduced to other dogs and groups of people, but theyll still require a leash. These puppies from Golden Meadows Retrievers have the following abilities:

English Cream Golden Retriever Trained Puppies For Sale
We work with each of our trained puppies on the following commands: Sit, Down, On, Off, Right Here, Kennel, Let’s Go, and This Way to build a foundation for becoming a trained puppy. We work on walking nicely on a leash, providing us with a loose leash, spending time in the crate, and socialization and introduction to strange objects like boxes, trash cans, umbrellas, etc.

Puppies are also introduced to Wait and Stay. We start teaching puppies manners that include not jumping up on people, and not chewing on our hands. Many of our Golden Retriever puppies love to play fetch and are introduced to learning proper fetch We use the clicker and during the training process and then fade them out using commands only as the puppy becomes consistent in knowing them. They are familiar with the grooming table, brushing, nails trimmed, and having ears cleaned. We work on the housebreaking process, and none of them have had an accident in the house in a few weeks, as long as they are taken out on a consistent, routine basis by the time they go to their new family.

Weve designed our website with two goals in mind. The first is to communicate information about our own English Golden Retrievers . Secondly, we designed our website to help those who are just starting a search for an English Golden Retriever puppy and want to learn more about the imported lines of Golden Retrievers. A Little Bit About Our Family
We are a Christian family residing in central Ohio. We were married in
1973, our first daughter was born in 1974 and our second in 1977. That
same year we began our search for a family dog. In the age before the
internet, we conducted our search through conversations with other
dog owners and veterinarians as well as researching AKC literature on
different dog breeds. We were looking for a laid-back, easily trainable, social dog that would be good with small children. The Golden Retriever appeared to be the perfect choice. We visited breeders and soon came home with our very first fluffy furry puppy, a Golden Retriever we named Joshua. The Golden Retriever turned out to be the most perfect choice! Since that day we have always had Goldens in our life.
As our family grew so did our family of Golden Retrievers. For the last 40 years we have been advocates for this breed and its beauty inside and out. We actively work to create the healthiest genetic line of Golden Retriever.
Foxwater Farm is located just outside of London, Ohio. Our picturesque 20-acre property is bordered by Oak Run and overlooks a small pond that has been great for fishing. The property also houses multiple mini tree orchards, an old Christmas tree farm, and seasonal gardens.
Additionally, we are proud to announce that one of our puppies has become an International Champion in the competition ring. He also earned a First Place and Best of Show as a 1 1/2 year old puppy, beating much older males.

We are blessed to live on 11 acres in beautiful west central Ohio. Our life has been busy raising 9 children so, with the kids mostly grown, what do you do when it’s so quiet?

We have had Golden Retrievers in the past, and they are the perfect family dog- loyal, loving , and gentle. Now we fill our time living life with our kids, our grandkids, our friends, our dogs, and… puppies.

History Of The White Golden Retriever
It is well known that the Golden breeds have roots in Europe and Scotland as far back as the late 1860s. Goldens were originally breed by a British Aristocrat, Lord Tweedmouth, who mixed a yellow-colored Retriever with a Tweed Water Spaniel. Today, the Tweed Water Spaniel breed is extinct, but they were previously known for being enthusiastic retrievers used for hunting and calm, loyal dogs in the home. Their descendants continue to hold these characteristics. Though this cross breeding is where the Golden Retriever originated, there are now various colors of Retrievers that stem from this common ancestor.
White Golden Retrievers are the perfect dog for families and make the perfect family pet. Their calm temperament and sweet disposition mixed with their intelligence and loyal nature prove to be a combination that is easy to love.
About Our Trained Puppies
These puppies are considered STARTED on training
Just like children in Kindergarten and Elementary school, they will not be thoroughly trained and dependable on commands until fully matured. While puppies do well with all the above commands, they will need continued training and practice to master the commands. At this young age, they can lapse and have setbacks. Puppies are like children in having short attention spans and need continual reinforcement of commands, consistent, patience, and love. It is important to remember that puppies do not all learn at the same level, and some will be more proficient with their training than others. Puppies also have different personalities, and some love to learn, and others are a bit lazy and take longer to understand and achieve training goals. The puppy determines the level of training and the depth of mastering achieved. We will provide a video showing where they are with their training, and a list of commands we have used, to help you continue with their education and training. Other Tips To Find A Rescue Golden Retriever
The good news for golden retrievers is that there are more people looking to rescue a golden than there are goldens that need to be rescued.
Of course, thats not so great news if youre looking to adopt a golden retriever!
Most golden retriever rescues have long waiting lists, and some have even temporarily stopped accepting applications, but there are other ways to find a golden in need of a home.
One way is to join your local golden retriever Facebook groups.
Sometimes people that can no longer keep their goldens will post in these groups asking if anyone can take them in.
These reasons can often include job or home changes, family changes, current family members didnt get along with the new pup, or other unfortunate circumstances.
Another way is to get in contact with your local golden retriever club.
People may reach out to them if they need to surrender their dog, or some of the members might know someone who has a golden they need to give up.
This may be a long shot, but if youre patient and determined to rescue a golden, it could be worth it.
And speaking of golden retriever clubs, when you do get your golden retriever, they can be a great resource for you.
